SERVICES:
At Dermillusion Beauty Co, we take great care to ensure that our clients are satisfied with their permanent cosmetic services and Product Orders.  However, please be aware that due to the nature of the procedure or due to we do not offer refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:
  1. Services that have been completed
  2. Gift certificates or prepaid packages
  3. Cancelled or rescheduled appointments without at least 48 hours notice

We understand that permanent makeup is a semi-permanent procedure and results may vary. Our trained and licensed technicians will work with you to achieve your desired look and provide the best possible results. However, please understand that there may be variations in color and shape.

We recommend scheduling a consultation prior to any service to discuss desired results and any concerns you may have. Our technicians will also provide aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing and best results.

Please note that by scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to this no refund policy. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

PRODUCT RETURNS:

Our online beauty supply store is committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. Our return policy is designed to protect the health and safety of our customers and artists. Therefore, we only accept returns for defective or damaged products within 30 days of purchase. All sales are considered final due to industry requirements for sterile products.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for certain goods, such as intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, digital downloads, and some health and personal care items. Proof of purchase is required for returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund or store credit to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and that you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping.

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will send you a replacement upon receipt of the returned product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.
