Bring any references that you may use in your daily make up regime for the area we are treating.

The appointment is 30 min in duration. This appointment can be done over the phone or by video call if that is more convenient for you.

If you prefer over the phone or a video call for your consultation, after booking online, please send us a Text message at 587 - 400 - 0011 or reply to your appointment confirmation to let us know if you want these options:)

A client waiver form must be signed prior to receiving service. All first time services are a multiple step process.

YOUR TREATMENT

The process normally takes a maximum 1.5 - 2 hours, but it varies from person to person depending on your individual requirements and service technique performed. Immediately after any treatment you should expect the area to look 40-50% darker than the color you have chosen in consultation. This will start to fade after 5-7 days. Please refer to FAQ tab for more detailed information.

YOUR RETOUCH

6 to 12 weeks after initial session

A second appointment is required after your first treatment. This is usually a 1.5 hour appointment to add more details and pigment to the brow area. This is because as the area is healing, some parts may not ‘hold’ as well as others and you may have a few patches that need more color. This is completely normal and everyone heals differently. Whatever the case, It is required to always come in for the retouch or the treatment is not deemed complete.

YOUR REFRESH

1 - 5 years after A refresh is the session that will take place after you have had your first 2 sessions treatments. It is needed to maintain the color and shape & definition so the treated area looks it's best. The shape and color can fade and breakdown overtime. The refresh treatment timeframe is different for each individual.

PRE & POST CARE

Pre/Post Procedure Information, Advice & Care.

Permanent , Semi-Permanent & Medical micropigmentation are all procedures that normally require multiple sessions. All enhancements are considered multi session treatments. They are low maintenance vs no maintenance. For best results, clients are required to return for one retouch treatment within the 90 days of initial treatment. An initial application is incomplete until a follow-up appointment is complete which must be scheduled approximately 6 to 12 weeks after your initial appointment.  Most treatments include the first retouch unless indicated otherwise.

WHILE YOUR SKIN HEALS, BE PREPARED FOR THE COLOR INTENSITY OF YOUR PROCEDURE TO BE SIGNIFICANTLY LARGER, SHARPER, BRIGHTER, OR DARKER than what is expected for the final outcome. This is a normal and expected result of the application and healing process. The healing process may take up to 10 days visibly and up to 6 weeks underneath the outer layer of skin.   The entire healing process takes 6 weeks, again depending on the skin. Since delicate skin or sensitive areas may swell slightly or redden, it may be best not to make social plans the day following any procedure.
