YOUR CONSULTATION  ( optional )

We take this time to get to know you, discuss your medical history  and understand exactly what you are looking to achieve. As we listen to you,  we will begin to advise you on what we may recommend.  It is always suggested to bring in photos and your current make up for the area we are treating. Together, we will decide which of our techniques and which of our medical grade hypoallergenic mineral cosmetic pigments we be used to compliment  your skin tone and natural features.   Moving  forward we begin to to shape and sketch to provide you with an expectation.  No ones face is symmetrical therefore we must achieve the illusion of symmetry.   This may take a couple adjustments and it is until you are satisfied will we begin. A allergy test is taken during this time also.

The process normally takes a maximum 1.5 - 2 hours, but it varies from person to person depending on your individual requirements and service technique performed. Immediately after any treatment you should expect the area to look 40-50% darker than the color you have chosen in consultation. This will start to fade after 5-7 days. Please refer to FAQ tab for more detailed information.

4 to 12 weeks after initial session

A second appointment is required minimum 30-60 days after your first treatment. This is usually a 1.5 hour appointment to add more details and pigment to the brow area. This is because as the area is healing, some parts may not ‘hold’ as well as others and you may have a few patches that need more color. This is completely normal and everyone heals differently. Whatever the case, It is required to always come in for the  retouch or the treatment is not deemed complete.

1 - 5 years after

A refresh is the session that will take place after you have had your first 2 sessions treatments.  It is needed to maintain the color and shape & definition so the treated area looks it's best. The color used and shape will fade overtime as the pigment inserted breaks down over time. The refresh treatment timeframe is different for each individual.

Please refer to the pre & post information in the drop down section  to read more specified expectations fo each treatment.
